I mean, the easiest way to tell current AIs apart from humans is the fact that the AIs are stuck in the present. They have little recollection of the past, but more importantly they can't plan ahead.
As a result there's never a real plot or any foreshadowing unless the bot's creator writes it down in its definition or you heavily wrangle the AI into some railroad you make up yourself, but both of these go against the appeal of having an AI GM in the first place.
So I was wondering how effective it would be to have a first AI writing down an overall plot (hidden from the player of course), feeding it bit by bit to the chat AI, and adapting it on the fly to unforeseen developments.

Something like that might work for general story ideas/locations. I think expecting it to have planned-out arcs for characters and very nuanced details for stories might be asking a little much. You might be able to ask for things like
