Need better thumbnails and more shocking titles even if it's just clickbait. It doesn't matter. Like 90% of the clips with high views all involve something sexual.

Sushi clips are too short. That operation is quicksubs and volume over quality. However, some clippers do 10+ minute clips and lots of quality edits but attention span is too short and I don't finish the clips. JP clips should never exceed 6 minutes because it's mostly reading dialogue. Some clippers don't get that some convos from certain Holos are boring. I like Okayu and Lui, but they bore me when just doing zatsu.

Tell him to stop doing 30 second clips, that shit is fucking annoying. Sweet spot is 2-4 minutes.

Get Gura to stream. Unironically. The shark is still favored by the algorithm, though have been diminishing because of her inconsistency.
Alternatively, they can start editing their clips and make it longer, like 2 mins or so. Give a little bit context to the clip, people love a cute little story.
