I'm not well-versed in Lovecraftian Mythos and everything is based off of the animation as well as my own personal touches.

The Feaster From Afar Hastare
Similar skillsets, different variation.
If Ina has a halo on her head combined with the tentacles that represent her as an avatar for Cthulu then Altare has horns befitting that of a devil, sprouting from his head. His tentacles are in yellow or bright gold. Needless to say these two will be in a deadlock until the world around them becomes dust. Purple magic circles and yellow signs would litter the ground. Ina firing beams after beams in order to eradicate her half-brother to no avail. Altare in turn, continues to materialize spiked tentacles, capable of piercing and skewering at inhuman speeds, turning his half-sister's body into a pincushion, only for her to regenerate again and again. Eventually there will be nothing left with the planet and they will fight out into the vastness of space until it ends.
