The KR branch does birthday goods and voice packs currently I think. So there isn't nearly as much as the JP branch puts out but then they aren't nearly as popular so maybe if the EN branch gets big enough they will.

Even if they had merch available for shipping, that's not how it works. JP can afford to skip SC revenue because they work with major retailers in Japan and sell merch via storefront. There is no way they could set that up overseas and it's not like there would be much demand anyway. They have to rely on SC at least in part and that means getting monetization permissions.

I would guess even in Japan the majority of their stuff gets sold from the online store rather than in stores stocking the goods they're partnered with. I think the main problem is more what the other anon points out, the high cost of shipping unless they established partners in the west but that would be the whole supply chain needing to be in the west probably all the way from manufacturing through to dispatch.

Rine Yagurama and Akane Asahina but in Ako-chan's case I think she mostly writes in english? I haven't really watched any of her streams besides a couple of karaokes so I have no clue if she's confident speaking English. Also everyone in nijiID can speak English, if you enter their stream and introduce yourself I'm sure someone might translate or they'll accommodate for you.
