A bit of both. If you've seen how she interacts on Discord, it's pretty obvious that her cutesy stream personality and her actual personality aren't very similar, although she's letting more of it slip out every day. It's basically confirmed she's /here/ so the fact of her being a real degenerate and not an ironic one makes me suspicious.
Also, how she claimed it was a friendly split with Tsunderia, and then trashed half the staff on a members stream a couple days later struck me as insincere and pandering to her goslings for sympathy. Her claims of being both smothered by management and that she always felt like she was independent don't line up either.
I don't know what happened with her and them, but since I've been watching them both last fall, it's pretty clear she wants to do things on her own, which is fine. She's funny and carries a stream by herself, but that won't work in a startup. Imagine Prism Project, if Luto never streamed or talked with Rita or Aoi. At best it would be very awkward, and at worst would cause a lot of friction in a young company. Maybe she's right about them, but maybe she just wants to be on her own and is using this as justification, knowing the company would never run her through the mud without looking worse. We'll never know.

It's sus that her genmate went on break right before her grad. She was suffering from previous health issues but it still leaves me with a feeling that Ria/Miki had something to hide when it came to how she treated her genmates and the company.
She came off extremely insincere to her previous genmates in the member's only and took a spot from someone else who could have been the 4th that would have wanted to be a part of the group more than someone who did the bare minimum of streaming and making a schedule.
I've been following her for a while now and on discord it's pretty clear the cute nice girl attitude is at least somewhat of an act.

I'm not sure if it's archived somewhere but I'm positive that I remember her debut being sloppy and rushed.
Besides from the cover, the debut itself was lackluster and the laziest out of the 4. She came out with one schedule that week and then never came out with another one again during her whole time with tsunderia.

From a fan perspective, Ria was the one who rode off her avatar the most while giving the least. I don't think it would be a stretch to say she didn't try her best.
