What is even the point of putting them together if they can't even speak to each other without making a mess of it all? The only possible choices for a collab are Minecraft (assuming they don't voice chat), Journey (assuming that you can even get them together in the same instance), AmongUs (you can ONLY have a one if there's a clear leader and Kiara is there to translate or it will be a repeat of her second shot at that game) or some manner of variety stream that may have lost humor to either market.

At this rate, NijiEN breaking 1k on debut would already consider a success. As you said about KR, EN will be delegated to a side branch and is probably going to be dropped with barely any fanfare or even if it did, not enough to make a splash. Also, its not as if its the first time they try to have a branch focus on EN. Didn't ID and IN tried the same? The whole NijiEN seems to be them doing another reset button on their other branch.

>> No.3580391

>>3578996
This might be a good way to predict debut numbers actually since it would give us a good indication as to the level of interest that we can expect. I'll say that if any of them manage to cross 50k subs in 12-16 hours, I'd actually be confident enough to predict a minimum of 40k for debut. If they fail to get 10k subs within that same timespan then I think they'll be lucky to cross 5 digits. Also, the opening has to be perfect. Say what you will about Mori but she was a great opening act to HoloEn. If their opener fucks up I could easily see the next debut after doing way worse.

>> No.3580990

>>3580434
I honestly think that's what made it perfect. It wasn't bad enough that you'd turn the stream off but it also wasn't so polished that it raised the bar too high to the detriment of the others. Mori was able to show that she does have talent but still had room to grow which is important if you wanna hook viewers who are into seeing their oshis grow. Kiara might've been a good opener but the double translation shit would've ruined it and may have caused problems for the rest who aren't fluent in JP. Ina I think wasn't comfortable enough yet as a streamer to be the opener and would've filtered the adhd crowd. Gura would've raised expectations too high for the rest once she started singing and confirmed that she was indeed HER. And I don't even want to think about what would've happened if Ame debuted first (assuming she still does the same thing). The level of doom posting back in JP would've dwarfed the haaton, kiara and ollie schizos.

I mean, that's really no different than Korone doing 24 hours and shit. It's not really a case of the company going and obligating them to do that but the own talents doing it. After all, not all of Nijisanji or HOlolive do that kind of thing, right? In Nijisanji from what I see, a lot don't stream even 10 times per month.

Don’t even bother, Kiara is gonna win. Not due to quality or anything just because she does the boosts when she gets near the milestones. Meanwhile ina doesn’t give a fuck about numbers and will do nothing aside from maybe a karaoke/thanks after the milestone.

Here’s how it will go down:
>Ina and Kiara are both at 995k at the exact same time.
>Kiara does a “——- until 1 million stream” and reaches the milestone before Ina does.
>Ina gets the milestone like 2 days later.
>Ina then catches up to Kiara’s sub count quickly because Ina has a more consistent growth rate.

Thanks as well. And great dubs. These numbers seem to indicate that viewers equals 80-120% of subcount?

Therrat is that Reine's family is *really* powerful, and therefore fairly rich. Some people attempted to doxx her and quickly found out that they were being tracked by a an actual hired team instead.
Reine paid for her spot in HoloID (her family, at least) and all equipment for the gen. In exchange, she got her 2 pals (who she befriended in her indie chuuba days) to join the gen too.

NijiEN will be facing GurAme and meme review. Does ichikara hate EOP viewers for their EN branch? GurAme might be unavoidable since ichikara wouldnt know when it would happen but meme review?! They threw their chuubas on hardmode and added more variables to predictive numberfaggotry

Depends which ones you are talking about really. Some random indie probably not, Choco probably not, some really small Niji probably not. Mid level holo and upper-mid tier Niji ones probably would though.

The only good this does for them is that they don't have to deal with Gura, Ame or Coco's (and whoever's with her) fans. The downside is that They don't get Gura, Ame or Coco's fans. Hololive is so deeply entrenched, they may well be the VTuber company.

They could have rushed it out during one of the few days Gura was out since that would have given them breathing room, but now they're in for a battering.
