I feel like Kaida should be moved up beside Genzuki, or at the least considered a high tier Great. (Unless placement doesn't matter.) Genzuki sounds great, has crazy range with that girl voice of his, and is insane with all the music he helps with, but I've always thought Kaida was the stand out in VALZ for his voice. Always found him the clearest and most...unique sounding, I suppose is the best term, when they're singing together. Harsh with Nagao but I can understand that. There's times he sounds meh. I think his issue is trying to sing songs similar to Kaida and Genzuki, while his voice is more suited to a different style. His most recent cover was great. His voice suited that song well. I think he could be moved up to OK now.

Like having enough clips that went viral in just the right places, enough stuff that was memable enough or could be made into repeatable catchphrases for people to capitalize on, EN pandering early on, and the yabs too. "Really big hit" is hard to say anything about and I don't know if "dudebro" is the right type of guy either, Kanae for example is one of the most popular Nijisanji vtubers when it comes to translated clips. Hell he might literally be the most popular of them all, guy gets a huge amount of TL'd clips and thirsty as fuck comments as well, people love his charming serial killer vibe. Otome games sell shitloads too, there is definitely a sizable man-lusting audience lurking that you could potentially capitalize on with the right moves and characters.
