It's not a very good system, but at least it's not twitch. It'd sort of be nice if there was a queue that they could just not charge people for if they were not going to be read. Considering the rigging, I'm sure Cover is working on it right now. I don't think they just don't give a fuck, they do have some basic self respect. Outfits were obviously rushed for release in time for Golden Week, as evidenced not only by botched job on Gura's model, but multiple missing features and props of rest of ENs' new costumes. They also were very quick to put up the "we've heard your concerns" message on reddit, I think they knew already. The rigger has been MIA for almost a week now and Gura only used her model twice before returning to the original with a weird "I'm cold" larp excuse. I guess you can argue that this is Cover just trying to avert attention and bury the controversy, but there is no sweeping this under the rug unless Gura just stops using her cat ears altogether. I think the girls will be getting some minor updates and Gura will get a new model with a new rigger at some point at least a month or two away. Cover's regular top riggers are probably working on EN2 and VSingers right now as well, so who knows how their schedule looks.
I also think this will be the straw that breaks the camel's back and this incompetent hack won't be working for Cover anymore, it's impossible to overlook a disaster like that.
