It's easy to say this, but even though she works for a Japanese company of mostly Japanese Vtubers in an essentially Japanese entertainment genre based on anime, the language is not essential to her job and she only uses it for occasional collabs with JP-only girls. Norwegian and Swedish schools consistently teach English to a high level. The same is true but to a lesser extent for places like Germany, Netherlands and Denmark. But honestly 99% of those that learn English would drop it immediately after it stopped being compulsory if it wasn’t for the internet/gaming having such a high English speaking population.

Germans will argue with Swedes in English. Norwegian will argue with the Dutch in English. But Japanese will never argue with other Japanese or Koreans in English.
