Personally, I want a girl who is a bit tomboyish and enjoys playing a lot of single-player story-driven games (Where she doesn't suck dick at it) and has a genuine reaction whenever stuff happens in them. It doesn't need to be all "WHOAAA SUGOIIII NANI KOREEEE??!?!" whenever something extremely exciting or fucked up happens.
I'm talking about a girl who likes to delve into the story and contemplates outloud

I'm legitimately hoping one of the EN 2's is a male. They've said pretty firmly there are no plans for StarsEN, but I'd like to see them test the waters.
Even though whatever percentage of the western fanbase watches EN and would lose their mind over them talking to a man would hate it all the way to hell.

It's looking pretty unlikely that a "librarian holo" would diverge from the "western pop music tier" of books. My main gripe with vtubers, although not necessarily a bad thing, is that they feel a lot... fake? Like everything always has to be happy and shit. Obviously I do want to watch someone that enjoys herself but sometimes I do feel like there’s something lacking: humanity. For that reason my most wanted thing would be a vtuber who would not be afraid to be more jaded, down to earth and talk about real life stuff. Ok maybe not politics but things like psychology, philosophy, history, life experiences etc. Basically she’d be the friend you’d want to have a beer with. Bonus if she talks about her own insecurities and try to give life advices to help viewers. Ofc I’d want her to have some positive streams here and there but those "real talk" streams would be hella chill.

Other stuff i want:
-campfire/fire place aesthetic with acoustic guitar playing streams. Maybe even playing popular songs and watchers’ requests although that could be problematic with jewtube.

-Emo/punk/pop punk/rock themed vtuber

-a vtuber who’s actually very knowledgeable about games she plays (ex: smash=talks about frame data and reads, mystery games=theorizes about possible culprits and scenarios). I guess i have a lot of similar wants with you OP.

-Fuck it, give me a doomer nihilistic waifu who gives absolutely no fuck and says the n word nonchalantly, makes fun of everything and enjoys making people mad for saying things that would be considered "offensive". Bonus if she focuses mainly on making sjws seethe.

I think the chuubas open up in ways which you will never get a whole lot of people to open up to you, especially if you aren't good at approaching sincerely sad topics with people. Those moments are rare and precious just as they are in real life. I appreciate your opinion on this but it doesn't sound to me like you are aware of what zatsudans are like.
It is inhibited (corporate chuubas can't tell explicitly you who they are in real life, and not all indies want to; and then just as irl it's really not that easy to be real and sincere about yourself, though I'd argue it's easy to do to a faceless supportive crowd than to real people), but it's certainly a thing.

Most of your suggestions very much imply that the chuubas also have to play a character for you, and the specifics either exist already in my opinion or are irreconcilable with how chuubas function differently from streamers.

Cover cannot rightfully allow this, and covers need practice. I don't know if Indies can just take some popular song's backing track and cover it without playing the YT copyright meta. Lastly, you already have Gura's campfire streams.

Superchats are not the major source of revenue for most chuubas, and I think a gachikoi will buy as many memberships as most other people (i.e. one membership because they also care about being recognized). This is less valid for merch, but I don't think gachikois buy 10 identical posters and dakimakuras.
