Myth were the only people on the block during their debut. What other major company had en vtubers nobody Nijisanji en were a butch of nijisanji India at the time that flop, plus vshojo did not even exist at the time. Delusional chinkoid. One might like or dislike FGO's story, but the story is up to the standards of the average anime or manga. The story is written to be read, without caring about how hard it would be to animate, because a PNG gacha doesn't need much in terms of resources.
Genshin's "story" is written with the limitations of the game in mind. They won't write about important NPCs fighting because that would require spending resources rigging a new 3D model and animating a fight, they won't make the story develop into a direction that would be hard to represent with 3D in game models, the availability of a certain seiyuu for an old character, or won't animate (each patch is only allowed 1 minute of 3D animation at best). So they end up with the same NPCs playing dress up and talking non stop about mundane things, the featured gacha characters being non characters that are just there to support the stock NPC because longer lines from famous JP VAs are more expensive than having a literal who lead the conversation, and black screens with text to fill in the gaps they don't want to animate
