Mouse seems to be the main powerhouse of the company and is consistent with her own content and growth. The rest cant seem to figure out where they want to stand between being a full variety twitch streamer and coom baiting sex worker.

Good idea, horrible execution.
It's understandable since this was the first twitch group and the second "big" EN one but they refuse to invest in the whole Vshojo group as a whole. Management is inexistent until a controversy shows up so there's nobody to tard wrangle them or make sure they go a certain way (Talent freedom posting is worthless when most of your content is just reacting) They have Mouse, Vei and Nyan averaging 9 -15k viewers and yet they don't incentivize any group collabs or fucking raiding the smaller ones to improve their popularity. They have Hime that streams only three times a year (good thing since she's the definition of annoying cringe) wasting a slot in your promos and mainline.

Vsj JP was a great idea too and yet they fumbled it by only having 2 people instead of the industry standard of 3-5, now Kson fucks off to do whatever with other people while Nazuna sits alone in her cuck corner, also, why the fuck is she on twitch when the JP audience is on YouTube? You literally set this whole thing to fail and it's embarrassing

My theory is that since VShojo doesn't make money from streams, they don't really care too much if Nazuna ends up isolated and bleeding viewers as along as she has enough of a fanbase to buy merch, because that's where VShojo actually makes their money.
Essentially, it makes business sense to debut a 2 person branch for merch even if one of the two streams ends up having a mental breakdown
