Mostly co-worker talk I bet. But I'm sure it's a little different since they are also in the business of seeming like friends. They do send memes to eachother and stuff. Probably know eachother as good as co-workers generally would. I would think it would probably stay pretty light for the most part. Some of them may be or want to be closer but it seems like it could be pretty tough when one of the ways you make money is by "showing off" that friendship and how close they are.

Mori mostly uses it for scheduling and management stuff. She used to write more on it while still tripletiming. But she also shares some stuff about her japanese peers like the unabashed Proxbeat DIME she is.
Kiara and Ame hop on voice call occasionally as well as sharing fanart and mail every waking moment.
Gura tends to write out heartwarming comments and prepares small ukulele bits, only to reconsider and not send them most of the time. All the girls talk to her by DM where it's easier for her to open up.
Ina shares her art progress and encourages everyone to work more on their projects. She also DMs with Mori about art stuff.
There is the occasional technical difficulties troubleshooting, like Mori getting crashcoursed about how to stream or Gura asking how to set up MC shaders.
They also have "meetings" for pending collabs or brainstorming together, as well as outlining mid-future plans such as which permissions or sponsorships they wish to get.
Then there is #holohouse for discussion of how to get every chuuba together irl. Gura has been much more active (relatively speaking) ever since that started off.
HoloID is also on it, but not nearly as active as one would think.
