Second, you need to understand the limits of CCV. Cover don't give a shit how strong their talents are as streamers but how popular they are and how much money they can grind out as talents. Fubuki does a shit load of work. She streams, she has a radio show with marine, she's one of the go to hosts for outside events and she's one of the go-to talents for sponsors. Beyond this - like Sora and other 1st gen - she has massive symbolic significance that you lose out by tossing her even if you ignore the revenue she generates. It would be like NijiJP losing Mito - not a massive deal in direct revenue, but a massive red flag for viewers and a permanent stain on the company if not handled well.

You're either being disingenuous or you're too new if you think that CCV is enough to determine value. We focus on CCV because it's the most entertaining metric to look at in real time. You can make a rat race out of it, whereas Sub growth, merch and vod views are boring in real time.
