There is a trade off for streamers who are small between time/ effort and money. If your chuuba decides that they aren't making enough money for their effort, then they are going to quit eventually. It's the same situation between TV shows and viewers, except TV
shows are paid with ads instead. If not enough people watch the TV show, they cancel it, because it's not worth the time, money, and effort that they have to put into it. Let them know you want their content or else they won't feel appreciated. Make it actually worth their
time, they aren't getting paid shit

Basically you might have, for example, a huge spike due to a special event on day 131 and a huge spike due to another special event on day 160 and only the 131-161 range has both huge spikes in it, and maybe it's that specific range that earned the achievement, and at all other times their numbers were much lower because they never had two special events in one 30 day period. If that range doesn't nicely line up to the start/end of months then it would be hard to tell if they ever hit 75 CCV with trackers like sullygnome or twitchtracker.

Like if they're averaging 10, it's basically impossible. But if they average like 50, well you only need 12 stream for the achievement, so... if 10/12 are 50CCV the other 2 streams at the start and end of the period only need to be 200 CCV, which you could get from 2 special events with support from big chuubas. Afaik people like that gamergoblin guy have a lot of big chuuba friends that might promote that kind of thing.

But also picrel he had a month at 90 CCV (with raids/hosts, but maybe the raid/host view ratio was low that month).

Because they have a whole backend that tracks where users are and where they go and how they get there that is completely irrelevant to the raid URL.

Like, how do you think they get your browser to go to the raid location? They give a command to your browser that says 'go to this location: the twitch url + the referral raid thing' and they have a record of their server telling your browser to go there. In addition to that, according to some Twitch employees, they also track mass movements from channels anyway, so you can't even get away with manual raids, because it's obvious that 50%+ of a whole channel's viewership moving to another channel is engaging in a raid.

Basically the raid viewer estimate is way more complex than just checking a box, they have a whole heuristic for estimating the true amount. That said, the heuristic isn't infinitely accurate, watching my own raidless viewer numbers I'm pretty sure raids still end up helping that number by a small amount (either by extra exposure in the Twitch algorithm, or because the raid viewer estimate isn't 100% accurate).

Couple of things jump out to me-
She had (seems to have learned better) a huge issue with self posting and avatarfagging which will naturally rub anons the wrong way, and she replied earnestly to any bait post in an effort to make herself seem more transparent. She gave schizos easy attention which led to both people anti-ing her in the hopes of an easy (You) as well as people frustrated with her not learning.
