I don't thin she's the best, even as a fan of hers. I think she is the most savvy in EN though. She understands who and what Hololive caters to and wants to maintain that direction. Actually being a good dancers and singer isn't a skill most holos have or something they train for normally. If yo watched kiara or were a real idol fan you'd know that.
