I know you can get more bang for you bucks by dehydrating yourself for days before the weighting to skirt the weight class limit then rehydrate before a match but I've never heard of someone forcefully drinking 10+ liters of water to try to gain weight for a sport. Plus we're not talking about a professional athlete here but an average person.
