No for one simple reason: savegame bloating. Thsi is present in all their engines. It's not fixed. You need scripts that purge corpses and item positions and shit. Everytime you touch an item and it moves (thanks to physics) it's position is saved into your savegame. The longer you play the more it gets bloated. Once it reaches 10mb+ in size a simple quicksave can take 40+ seconds and you can crash after every loading screen. If you manage to play this game fast you may be lucky. but the longer you play, the more it gets bloated.
