Ame has good ideas and is willing to work for them, but she has a tendency to lapse on the execution. When it goes well, it's kino, but sometimes it doesn't.
When the plan relies on other Vtubers, a chaotic element, she needs to nail them down.
The sniper nest was actually a great idea. She'd annoy both sides for a while, eventually get killed by some group and then invite them for Derby or whatever. However, instead of asking people, she just assumed she knew what they would do.
