Mediocrety is arguably a worse fate than being memorably bad. That was the issue with Ethyria for the longest time and only recently has Enna been able to somewhat claw her way out of that hole. Assuming Wave 7 has even one good liver in it, iLuna as a whole will be getting the short end of the stick.

i dont watch them alot but ive grown to like kyo even following and subscribing to him lol...
i was rooting for aia the most and kyo the least and that kinda turned the opposite. they all feel like plain janes tho... still i like them(kyo)

yeah that's the problem. for a branch that got a 70k+ debut and hype when they're model got released (especially ren boy here with a model that can rival vox and basically a fujobait, as well as latina girl and blue femboy, when there's a lot of demand for a sexy latina and an english femboy). what they got right now is an utter dissapointment. that's why a lot of people called them bad, they didn't manage to live up to the hype

best way to sum up iLUNA. The problem with getting 70k+ CCV during your debut is that you are expected to give a performance as a chuuba worthy of keeping that 70k. Those numbers are fucking unheard of in NijiEN, so those were already huge shoes to fill. Unfortunately, the gen collectively fell flat on their faces in terms of performance. I wouldn't say they're an objectively bad gen, but their downfall was basically given a hail mary pass by NijiEN standards and fumbling hardcore. For example, as much as I love Scarle, her fumbling her internet so fucking badly on debut that she lost 35k before she could actually get shit working was horrible to watch.
