I don't think she's planning to move back, I think it literally was she was thinking about a temporary stay due to health concerns. I think any Holo in Tokyo now is not likely to want to leave given how their gig is going. 3D's are already hard enough to get going by the looks of things, doubly so for a girl like Rushia who has trouble reaching out, add distance?
