What I think happened is Amelia uses Cloudbot for streaming and you have the option of auto purging caps lock and long messages among other things. Ame may not have directly muted him.
BUT you can check on youtube by sending messages on one pc to see if they show up on your phone. You don't have to guess if you're muted.

What people wanted is her raiding NPC with IRyS, nothing more, especially when she was hyping it up and seem very happy about the idea in her last streams. Gura was also there so she could've go with them, but after chat told her that they were already planning to raid you can clearly hear how she just gets discouraged and starts doing her own thing, instead of just asking.
