Simply put, her character model and theme were a mismatch for her personality. I think she's actually a decent streamer, but there's nothing "chaotic" about her. People expected an English Haachama, and instead got "I put my pictures upside-down sometimes and say bruh"

It's unfortunate, but was bound to happen. COVER usually knocks it out of the park with matching talents to their character themes (Korone, Laplus, and hell even Calli come to mind). Hell, I think if Mumei and Bae were swapped during character handouts there wouldn't be any issue, but it's too late for that now.
