Mate, I'm trying to be realistic here but you make an interesting point, in most case the switch over is probably around 20%-25%. As Hololive is still a big corporation with funding from investors that Vshoujo lacks. This means that the former can do events and expansion that the latter lacks unless they start doing a partnership with big Corpo (not unrealistic) but I think Vshoujo panders to completely different audiences that Cover targets.

That will be hard for Ichikara, since Holove already has the first-mover advantage in the west. This means they already established a strong brand loyalty among fans that you normally found in fans of apple, Nintendo, sports. I won't say it is impossible for Ichikara to achieve it but it will have to spend a shitload of money in marketing, unlike Hololive that kept having ridiculous strings of luck on its side. Other than that I genuinely hope that Nijisanji will be successful.

Nijisanji probably isn't that different. they pay a salary too but I wouldn't imagine it's higher than minimum wage. we know they also get a cut of SC and merch and we also know that some things like 3d streams are paid for both by Ichikara and by the talent. we know they provide medical insurance and some other assistance like helping with moving but with as many streamers as there are there's no way that applies to people who work part time.
