Probably Mumei.

Early Mumei was basically in a category similar to Ina and Fauna: chill, charming, very sweet, not hyperactive. The whole character turn towards the "secret psycho" schtick isn't that funny to begin with and it's ridiculously overplayed at this point. She's really beating a dead horse with it. Ina and Fauna both occasionally play with the "secret dark side" archetype but it's a lot more subtle and way less common. Mumei seemingly can't go more than like 10 minutes without having to slip in like a "MURDER MURDER TORTURE EAT THEIR SKIN tee hee, oops, did I do that? :3" tangent.

There's nothing wrong with a character "evolving" if it's natural, but Mumei's schtick has become grating and feels forced, like she latched on to the first meme and won't let it go.

Ina, for the slowly building sense that she does not care for her fans at all. A 1 view chuuba that I was literally the first viewer of ended up clout chasing and finally found a community to latch onto of other chuubas which ended up being half the chat (to it's credit she actualy found one that stuck around and worked). The influx of new people spamming the chat and also learning of the weird drama going on behind the scenes convinced me to leave. She's inclined a lot so I guess part of me is a little proud that she made it work out but she's apparently cut streaming time by like 70% since I left and just accepts the income and gifts she receives off of it while trying as little as possible. It really feels like she speedran 2 view vtubing and I don't even know how to feel anymore. When I first got into Hololive, Coco was one of my favorites, but as my taste matured I realized how other than knowing English, she was worse than most other HoloJPs. Her only interesting content was AsaCoco and a few other streams. When she announced graduation, I thought it was sad, but didn't care all that much because her RM was already decently successful. I didn't cry over it or even tune into the stream. As she started streaming on her RM's channel, I could feel it become more and more soulless, until it hit a point where it felt as though it were two different people behind each chuuba. I thought her new live2D was cool, but to have that design essentially go to waste was sad. I stopped watching her altogether for months, tuned into a few of her collabs with Pikamee, but that was about it. Then she joined vshojo. By that point, she was completely different than the Coco I knew from 2020. She leaned more into whorish type content, (as all vshojo does) and she's basically everything a good Holomem stands against. Hearing that she's regretting joining makes a lot of sense to me, as she's basically burnt a lot of bridges with her old friends. Overall, I wouldn't say I hate her now, moreso am just sad to see what happened to her. Guess that's what happens when you're from Atlanta.

Started getting bitchy, streams cancelled on a regular basis and the ones that weren't were collabs. Then they got addicted to ARK and that's all you'd ever hear even during streams that weren't about it. Not really 'hate' but Coco really disappointed me since she changed Asacoco for plebbit meme review onwards, and it has only gotten worse. I don't seethe about the fact she joined a different company, it's just weird that her newer content feels so bland and uninspired when her first few months as Coco were amazing. Coco's debut is legit one of my very favourite streams in all of hololive's history.
I guess also Haato, she was my oshi back when I first started following Hololive in early 2019 but I was never a big fan of the Haachama schizo act. I don't have anything against her but I'm just not interested in her content anymore.

Ina. I used to love her art streams but she more or less stopped doing art, played a shit ton of Elden Ring which is a game I have no interest on, and all in all I disliked her attitude towards her chat whenever something annoyed her.
