I'd say the lineart stage and fine coloring is probably what trips me up even though I'm been practicing over the past few months since I'll realize my initial sketch was garbo (i.e. unnatural proportions or clothing folks) and it takes a lot of practice to not only figure how lighting and shadows work but also translate into your work as well.
