I think you underestimate the personal connections between the girls, one graduation wouldn't do much but if a bunch left together or in a short period of time as your suggestion it could prove a critical inflection point that weakens the resolve of some of the bigger names.

It wasn't her fault that the rest of Gen1 and Gen2 that followed were literal whos before Hololive and that at the time vtubing had an unproven future. Did you expect her to drop a fruitful RM career for a gamble? She probably never foresaw Hololive taking off like it did and at this point its too late to drop RM and focus fully on Hololive 100%.

Another thing I think OP and alot of people may be on the dark on is that she has shown what her gameplan is if she is planning a departure from Hololive. Most people are away of her manager saga from late 2019 to summer 2020 but what many may not know about is her Cien fanclub she founded at the same time. Alongside her NND activities she opened up a separate FC with a top tier of 10k monthly for a monthly personalized short ASMR and chance to text with her once monthly. A couple hundred at least signed up for it. Now think about that, thats alot of money and alot of time she needs to spend coming up with and creating individual ASMRs for each of these fans. This was to be a replacement if things didn't work out with Cover which seemed possible as they were not cooperating with her at the time. This present situation in no way compares to her Cien fanclub.
