I don't agree. She is definitely the one that cares the most and try her hardest at being an idol of EN (and maybe ID too) but there many music-career dedicated chuubas in JP too.
Maybe the aspect she has over them is trying while having less resources and support from the company, it gives her a more DIY underdog idol vibe, which is more endearing than someone who can get all the fancy stuff and producers easily.
