It feels a bit weird that she never collabs with HoloEN. Only a few mass collabs that had EN members here and there, which are edge cases.

There are others who never collab with EN but Botan in particular confuses me because she collabs quite a bit, and her friendly attitude towards her Russian fans proves she doesn't mind gaijins.

I think this is probably true. She generally only plays shooter type games in collabs. And there she wants to communicate. She's not like Roboco who doesn't care. Towa is just barely good enough to communicate, but Botan might not be.
