Looks like what’s known as a “clip channel” anon. They take portions of streams and upload highlights.
Now, the issue is that the majority of clip channels are ran my ESL’s in south east Asia. Resulting in subtitles that make literally no sense half the time, highlights that are just the best clickbait portion of the stream instead of the actual content, and they are generally ran by people without any soul or integrity. This results in them abandoning chuubas the second something new comes about, chasing short term hype instead of providing a consistent quality service.
Don’t be fooled by channel names. These “people” have no oshi. All they have is some sort of mental impairment, a shitty internet connection, and an addiction to numbers.

Seriously. Who the fuck even watches clips anymore? The JP translations are nonexistent to completely unreliable, and it's downright painful to watch an EN clip where the subtitles have exactly zero resemblance to what the people on-screen are actually saying.
