I did meet her as rushia in the summer of 2020 and became regular at the twitcasts when she started doing them again in the fall so and i mostly fell for her when she started talking about all kinds of things after the main part of the streams. So far it seems that Nazuna is for the public happy-go-lucky vtuber persona, Mikeneko is for the person behind but still public (so things like casual but a bit more personal stuff like twitcasts or face cam streams, and publicly dennouncing things like antis activities)
and the other one is for deeper feelings and day to day issues for the most gachikois that she feels would be a bother for the people following her other accounts.
Of course, they overlap in some places and the distinction makes less sense now that she's in a company that cares less about dividing between a public and a private persona but the longer you're following her the more you get used to it.
It may seem schizo but as someone following other jp chuubas i'm kinda thankful that they don't just use their main accounts to vent and express their opinions on public issues.

Twitch allows you to do watchalongs on stream as long as it comes from Amazon Prime's streaming service. But from my understanding you need to have an Amazon Prime account of your own in order to join.
Another thing is if the streamer is watching a movie that is available only in Japan, for example, but not available elsewhere you will not be able to join it unless you have an JP Amazon Prime account or use a VPN.
