You picked the things that are relatively easier to explain. Mind you though that she said that her sliding door is opening on its own. I have seen normal doors opening on its own, but not sliding doors.
Also, how do you explain for example that the color temperature of the light in her room suddenly changed even though it's a light with a fixed color temperature. Her manager saw that too because she sent her pictures of it happening.
