Suisei had to fight pretty hard for that and only managed because the company was still small and she was talented enough that they were willing to give in. If she had tried that against today's Cover, I don't think she would have succeeded. There's just no leverage to negotiate when there are tons of talented people willing to take your place if you make things difficult.

she is korean. I think she was living in North America, and was best friends with Yuuna in Tsunderia and did off collabs with her. But then shortly before her graduation from Tsunderia she moved back to Korea. She's a very talented at musical arrangements and editing, and did most of the work for Tsunderia.

From my experience, rotations are the only time consuming thing about med school. Grad students have more free time than they think, its just, because they're experienced but free labor, they get distracted by hundreds of "fellowships" and "teaching opportunities" that drain their time and motivation.

Medical school is specifically expensive because it's designed to protect 80 year olds who never retire and are still practicing and that's it.

Undergrad in conservative states also tends to be cheaper.

The biggest problem though comes with boomer mentality. Parents receive 4050 dollars in dependent tax credits for their kid from 18-25 even if the kid lives on campus. Likewise the AOTC gives them about 2500 a year for their kid. A shitty parent can leech about 38,000~ dollars from the government in credits for their kid. This is supposed to go to paying college costs but many boomer and xer parents over the past 30 years were just like "naw that goes into my vacation fund" saddling their kids with infinite debt due to a culture of extreme individualism which means shitty parents actively steal from their kids and call them entitled or spoiled.
