You could drop her out of the story going forward, if you want to. Writing new stuff is more important than re-writing the old before you even have one complete version. You can always do reworks or write alternate versions later, unless the plotline absolutely requires her and she can't be replaced by someone else. Then you have to make that decision now, of course.
If you think you're in a corner because you included Mori, don't be too worried about the 1-2 people bringing the Mori hate meme here - they're obsessed, but can't help it.

My advice would be to focus on the sensations they're feeling and include them in the prose to pad it out. Right now, your smut is quite action-oriented, whereas it should be more like... taking an action or two then spending a while describing the new sensations elicited by that action.

It is on AO3, so it's not like they wouldn't be able to find it. It is far too long for what they're reading though, at 3.6k words, and it is comprised mostly of walls of text, with little to no dialogue. They would have to alternate narrating just so one doesn't do nothing for 20 minutes. And also, look at their audience; they're entertained by brainless yuribait and comedic shipping, the polar opposite of the tragic clinical introspection that windowsill is.
I do think that if Mumei ever does a solo fic review stream she would read it though. No time limit nor needing to include your collab partner would allow for the slower narration style that that fic needs, as opposed to the giggly rapid-fire reads that they're doing.
