Chaos power isn't really well-defined. If you consider Chaos to be the power to make random shit happen out of the blue, then Bae is objectively the most powerful since she could do anything. Maybe her enemy suddenly gets an aneurism and dies. Or everybody with malicious thoughts against her gets the Final Destination treatment with tons of freak accidents happening to them. Otherwise It's probably Kronii or Sana since I don't believe any of them have mentioned being able to function outside of spacetime. Sana should(?) be the stronger of the two since space can warp time. Black holes and all that.
