I want to beleeb, unfortunately her numbers don't really seem to grow and instead just stagnate or actually go down, which is not a good sign the farther we go away from debut. To be fair, this is a problem for pretty much everyone besides maybe Athy, who's just a natural and best attuned to this whole vtuber thing, but for Mew as a goal-driven person especially I worry that unless something changes soon drastically (and don't ask me how she'd incline, I don't know either. She's too autistic to change her style or snag some high-profile collabs for example), she'll realize the numbers are below her personal standards and with all the overwork decides it's just more trouble than it is worth with not enough payoff and this whole vtuber gig isn't really working out for her...

I think in general small vtubers experience relatively small growth without some major catalyst, and there's no real way to force that. Realistically athy will generally boost everyone's numbers if she keeps growing, but outside of that you are more likely to self-sabotage than grow if you try to force things too hard

From the few smallcorpo vtubers I've seen on youtube (don't know / don't care how it works on the twitch side of things) who managed to grow from 2view into consistent 3view territory, it was mostly boosted by things like playing into the singing shorts meta (like for example Miori) or coomer shorts meta (Nene Amano, or Miori again), though then everyone started spamming shorts for a while and it kinda lost its effectiveness.

Other than that, the few examples of someone growing I can think of were mostly just finding your unique marketable niche and exploiting it consistently. For example, though I don't really care much for that shtick, I must admit that /here/pandering to the 4ch/kiwi/lolcow/dramatuber crowd has been very profitable for Pippa, lifting her into regular 500+ ccv territory which is probably the best a "smallcorpo" youtube chuba is currently getting and within spitting distance to some lower-tier talents from the "big" agencies like NijiEN. Though how repeatable that is for other chuubas, and how desirable going down that route even is, that's another discussion. Other than that, an example to a lesser degree would be maybe Amiya, who despite the rest of her agency falling apart (aside from maybe Lisa who, again, also gets buffed by her Pippa association), has managed to carve out a unique niche by being an authentic and consistent retro game streamer which gets her a regular 150-200 ccv
