Honestly speaking imho, i will feel that the girls will feel more fulfilled working as idols in Hololive as compared to Livers in Niji and Vshoujo virtual e-girls just due to the sheer amount of official content and concerts they usually do.
But if we would really double down on idol stuff, concerts, meet and greets, albums. It means the time for them to expand their creative freedom is cut short due to the lack of time. Also for them to have sufficient stream time to retain viewership while training for concert would be damaging to their overall health as they will force themself, hence a negative feedback loop.
So i would suggest a week break for the idol after the concert so she could do R&R (no heavy streaming) before continuing her dailies.
