I still don't get Genshin's appeal. I must have grinded to cap and farmed artifacts with friends as best as i could before Liyue. Then when the weekly events happened it felt like you HAD to be on or miss out, then they dumped an entire continent on you with its own set of artifacts and i just cold dropped it

Niji has too many talents and most of the resources are used to benefit only a handful of them, probably in the typical 80/20 distribution. Each talent joins with certain goals in mind but like joining any sizeable corporation you realize you're all replaceable except the ones with connections to the top. Hololive does the same thing but because of their smaller size it each talent still gets a sizeable chunk of the resources where they don't feel neglected or in over their heads, and since most of them are nepotism hires anyway they know they won't
be getting shafted outside of any serous fuckups.
