The Dynamics of SNOT are really great. Mumei and Gura basically share the same brain cell, so whenever one isn't saying something weird, the other is saying it. And then Kronii banters really well with Gura, while also maintaining a simping relationship to Mumeii. Fauna is kind of the the glue of the whole thing. She's the demon lurking underneath all of the conversations who pushes the right button at the right moment to keep things going. It's pretty great. Closest thing to OKFAMS that exists in EN vtubing.

Mori's tea time zatsudans have shown that a lot of combinations work well. Even without Mori, there's the very good fish tank we had (and which I believe Mumei and IRyS would fit in very well), Sana has good chemistry with Ina, Gura, and all of council. IRyS is everyone's sweetheart/sister. The only combination I cannot imagine is Gura and IRyS because they barely interact (though I would love to see). And I can't think of any specifics regarding Kronii and Ame.
So really, the more zatsudans/podcasts the merrier. My ideal combination would be Gura, Ina, IRyS, Fauna and Bae. 5 people might sound like much, but it's the full collab size so it's proven to work. Wide range of interests, all of them can be fairly talkative and engaged about various topics, good balance of energy levels (especially around morning JST times), and all of them are active talkers in larger groups.

The CHADCAST girls don't work well together at all. Mori is a wigger who doesn't give a shit about japanese culture and Baelz is a dumb zoomer trying extremely hard to stick to her character even this long after debut. Irys is a ball of cuteness that tries her best but that's still awkward as fuck from time to time because of the evident lack of synergy.
If anything, HoloEn Gen2 is more of a supporting cast for Gura, Gen3 can't come sooner. Mori, Kiara, Sana and Hakos are all in desperate need of a good match. Gura was a frigid fake cunt for a whole year until Kronii and the gang came to her and she suddenly became a good streamer.
