I believe that we were going to go with a whole Hololive Set during the last thread, right? does anyone have a good concept?

I'm thinking to have the fanbases be like creatures from Lorwyn that had specific playstyles.

Well there's a few different views. You can lean into the lore side and make a bunch of cards very focused on the abilities of the characters.
Or you could go the other way and try to make a functional "fan" mechanics, incorporating stuff like Live 2d, Collabs, and Idol stuff in general.
Of course, cards like in the OP are a balance between the two, but a proper focus on what the mixture of those 2 main aspects are would be
important for actually making a fanset.
Also, the desire to make everything overpowered, especially with the recent across the board power creep in Strixhaven.

It's not about creatures, it's about lands, and more specifically, putting white on even keel with ramp. While prior cards in white would make the opponents sacrifice down to the lowest player, like Balance, or just blow them all up like Armageddon, destroying lands outright is now apparently verboten design-wise because it's "unfun" (but counterspells are just peachy, though that's an argument for another day). As long as you play fairly and put one land into play on your turn, then the card does nothing. If you try to cheat and break the rules and, say, rush out lands with ramp, crack fetches, drop a Sad Robot or attack into me and force me to Settle the Wreckage and think you're going to get ahead, well...

It's all about fair play. Which is totally White's thing.

Templating, formatting, and color wheel aside, I think this is a reasonable card, especially if you're considering kitchen table play. The casting cost, plus the cost of running and casting a creature with defender, and the possibility to get 2-for-1'd means it isn't too powerful. Just needs to be re-worded as

In Shadowverse, there are 8 classes, each has its own theme and mechanic. Swordcraft is the one whose theme is about royalty, swordmans, bandits and pirates - this is the reason why I made Marine a Swordcraft card.

Basically what she does is hitting the enemies while healing yourself, also summon stuffs to overwhelm your opponent. The effect don't really have anything to do with Marine's lore.

This + Dragonic Diagram + any TD name or floodgate is insane (that's easier to draw than you think).
You can go set this, Dragonic Diagram, pop this, add the level 5 TD, if you have any spell/trap, summon the level 5 TD, Verte Anaconda mill Red-Eyes Fusion, make Dragun.
There's also probably a bunch of decen rank 5s to go into.

I've reworked the fan mechanic. Instead of the set focused around 1/1 fan creatures, it revolves around fan counters you gain. By themselves they do nothing, but 3 keywords, Idol, Donation, and Trending, interact with them that will incentivize a playstyle.

Idol; You may remove any number of fan counters you have to have CARDNAME enter the battlefield with that many +1/+1 counters. When CARDNAME leaves the battlefield, gain fan counters equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on it.

Donation X--Remove X fan counter(s) you have, CARDNAME gains KEYWORD until the end of turn.

Trending X; If you have X fan counters, CARDNAME can activate it’s abilities without paying there mana costs.

I think you don't understand what a planeswalker is. Planes walkers are like you, the player, but fighting along side you on the battlefield. They don't just have some ability, they are "casting" as spell in a sense. You the player are a planeswalker too. So when you have planeswalker abilities, they should mimic a spell they are using.

Actually, these are pretty well thought out. I really like them, except Octofriend's second ability. Interacting in the form of a rule on an ability is bad. If you want to play around with rules, there are some that do that, but with how this is worded, it's a bit awkward with how the mechanic works with trending. Like there are no cards that say, "Creatures you Unleash get 2 more +1/+1 counters". When old Wizards wanted to interact with an ability, they would use the counters as a way to create synergy rather than deal with the actual word text.

I've been playing since Scars of Mirrodin so nah I know what a planeswalker is.

In regards to Gura, shes the most subbed holoEN so I wanted her power level to be hyped up. I intentionally gave her an OP draw ability and the mana tax for this reason. Shes also still within bolt range for a minimum of 1 turn, and is fragile enough at 2 loyalty to begin with. Also lol, who gives a shit about Modern?

In regards to Ina, I'm aware that the first ability is very powerful, I tried to temper it by adding "random" to two of the choices. The static ability is purely for flavors sake, working with her + ability making you lose your mind.

In regards to Kiara, yeah you're right the resurrect on her is too strong, shes a phoenix so I wanted some type of ability to bring her back, her + and - are fine and I don't plan to change them.

I get the flavour you're going for here but gameplay-wise the effects don't really make sense together. If the third effect buffed Humans you control instead, then you're incentivized to protect your Artifact Constructs and sac them with the second effect (which as it stands doesn't really do anything). You could also probably reduce the cost by (1). 5 mana is a lot for three 1/1s that can't even attack on the next turn since they all get sac'd (compare History of Benalia).

I think this card would be more interesting and less oppressive if the second effect did something else. As it is it wouldn't even be that strong depending on the format, but it's really gross and despair inducing against some matchups (especially with multiple copies). Skull Servant is Skull Servant.
Rrat Flip and King Rrat are too reliant on Ogey specifically to be playable, should br an Ogey card. Not sure why. King Rrat also can't gain more than 3k, because you didn't bother copying the wording of King of the Skull Servants. I'd also reword the protection as "this card is unaffected by card effects (except its own). During each End Phase banish one Ogey card from your GY".
Ogey is passable but needs more rrat names.
Not Ogey is fine, but the last line is unneeded.
The XYZ is pointless. Why aren't they all level 3? Why isn't it generic? If it was you could at least justify Tour Guide.

It's surprisingly fun, as long as you don't take it too seriously. It's really random - it's basically a glorified card-flipping game. That being said, it's somehow perfect for virtual waifu battles, and it's quick to set up and play, and it doesn't bog down in the mid game that way mtg tends to.
