I think there is a better chance that, taking advantage of the third anniversary of Holostars and the Super Fan Meeting event that will happen in a few days, they will announce a teaser just like the way they announced Uproar! In December at the end of the concert, that said, I also believe that if this happens, they will probably prepare the debut for August. I don't know if early or later, but almost certainly they will go in August

I severely doubt StarsEN will debut before HoloEN3. The open auditions started after Luxiem debuted and showed much more success than StarsJP, so the number of guys willing to audition for it was already severely limited. Couple that with the fact that Cover had to remind people twice that guys can apply too a few months after they started and you'd need to be on hopium overdose to expect them to have the group mostly ready. Also August is a horrendous month for new debuts because of how many anniversaries and birthdays happen. They would be overshadowed way harder than Uproar was with ID3.
