If I were them I would graduate and form my own semi professional agency with whoever wants to graduate with me. Clinging with Nijisanji won't have any effect anyway, and the loyal fans will following me even if I reborn as a new vtuber.

With the merge anykara was basically forcing them to graduate on their own instead of having to fire them because that would look bad. They expected them to act like the KRs who got the message and graduated on their own

Anykara is still their employer, if they're really a burden, they would fire one by one under the table. Most of the former NijiID would stay since it's mostly a side job for them anyway so we'll see who'll fold first
