As far as Council its probably close between Sana and Kronii, with Bae being a possible upset contender. In 0 gen it's probably technically Miko, however she would be functionally incapable of beating any of the others in a fight, while Sora is functionally incapable of losing. In 1st gen it's Aki, or the nonsense that comes from Haato. 2nd gen is Ayame, followed by Shion. Gamers is Mio. 3d gen is Noel. 4th gen is whoever Luna decides is the strongest, it could even be Luna. 5th gen I am unsure of, I guess it goes to the nonsense that Nene claims but I want to give it to Lamy's skirt. 6th it is La+, while the weakest is Laplus. Myth is Mori, and for ID I don't know but I think it's Moona. Of course overall the one that is actually the most powerful is my Oshi, while the weakest is your Oshi.

Well, they're immortal by virtue of living untold eons. The youngest is Mumei but even she is as old as human civilization. Fauna is as old as the planet earth. Sana and Kronii are roughly comparable in age (which is in the hundreds of billions), but Bae is as old as entropy itself. So... if they DO have definite lifespans, they don't look like they've hit even middle age.

I think she could, Ina and AO seem to have a symbiotic relationship. But I accept that Ina is not a fighter by default. However, the fact that AO, who is an Outerverse character, a living Uno reverse card, a reality bender, she would currently be weaker than almost every other holo character, it hurts my Lovecraft autism. If you look at it lore wise, Ina should have a scarlet witch level of power. Sana also often portrayed Ina early on as someone with powers approaching hers.
But, because Ina even now jokes that she's "hooman", clip viewers miscategorize her to this day.
