Though I think she has room for improvement still:
1. Prepare better for streams. Don't set things up the same day, test a few days in advance. And when tech issues do happen, don't spend 15 minutes fretting over them.
2. Play more interesting games. For example Hitman was kino, but lately all we get is baby games. I don't mind those every once in a while, but they tend to turn into boring nostalgia trips.
3. Be more engaged in the games being played. It's incredibly obvious when she doesn't care about a game and only plays it because the audience wants her to. (Or simply wants a game to be something it's not. See Black Flag.)

Note that these are just suggestions for improvement. I still think she's the best of HoloEN. Considering how much she has improved since debut, I have hopes that this trend will continue.

Honestly the best Council member, but her fans are annoying. BF debuff out of the gate is probably the reason she isn't regarded as #1 in the group. She's very ladylike (literally only wears skirts???) and enjoys gaming, which seems like the type of thing a lot of the purity/tradfags on this site would normally be into.

i was filtered for months because i didnt like asmr, her debut was frankly bad, i watched her minecraft speedrunning stream after and it was kinda mid, but very early on i guess she was nervous. in collabs shes not high energy so i wrote her off as boring.
i started watching her streams actively like 2-3 months ago and shes become top 3 vtubers for me, smart, funny, charming, great design thats fun to draw, her singing is kino even though its not good. most importantly: actually plays interesting games.

At first I thought she wouldn't appeal to me at all. I don't care about ASMR itself; if I like the girl, I'd probably enjoy it, but it isn't particularly special to me. I thought her fake-sounding voice was annoying and that her singing was awful.

She may not have had the flashiest introduction into Hololive, but she has quickly become my favourite HoloEN member. Her voice is nice to listen to, she carries herself exceptionally in conversation, and I believe her to be one of the best, if not the best, orators in HoloEN, if that makes sense. Her streaming hours aren't the highest, but she has a consistency to the intervals where she does stream and always seems to make the best of the times that she does stream. A stable energy, quick wit, and flexible methodology demonstrates a refreshing confidence in her streams. Her choice in games is superb for Holo who didn't really advertise herself as particularly invested in that side of streaming. Furthermore, the way she approaches games guarantees she always has a great time and thus, the audience also has a great time. Her ASMR streams are a delight to immerse yourself in and further bolster her already impressive skillsets with a passion for the craft that one cannot help but admire. Fairly subjective on my part, but her sense of humour is exactly my type and I suspect I'm not alone as others have also shared similar sentiments. Fauna is an outstandingly charming girl who loves her job, her audience, her friends, and Hololive as a whole.

Yes and no. She genuinely enjoys Skyrim, which makes those streams fun. With Assassin's Creed she just wants to sing shanties and not much else. She doesn't pay attention at all to the story, which is fine, but she doesn't even seem to enjoy the gameplay either. And while that is also understandable, why play the game at that point?
Don't get me wrong, I love Fauna and I think she's an excellent streamer. She can definitely make boring games fun, but only if she actually likes them in some way. Her AssCreed series has so far been sub-par. I don't blame her for not liking the game, it's very linear and "cinematic" compared to what she usually enjoys.
I think she just feels committed at this point since she probably pestered her manager for permissions.
