Okayu is easily the most understandable. Fubuki is also good, but she uses a bunch of net slang so she's harder for vocab.
For Nijis, Shellin speaks very clearly, and you'll also learn to speak like a guy instead of a teenage girl. I've been told that Chihiro is also supposedly easy to understand, but she literally only streams APEX.

Not him, but I like it. It has been able to keep me motivated much better than anki did. There's also a bunch of userscripts for customizing the experience like for fixing typos, showing pitch accents, custom dashboards, etc.

grammar is the recognition of patterns instead of rote memorization like vocabulary is, so the more you read the better you'll get at it. if you're having trouble with a specific thing look it up on other references, sometimes it's explained in a different way that makes more sense

like the other anon said, its easier to stay with it, because everything is set up and structured for you, no extra set up work required.
typing in the answers helps me remember it better too.
you could do everything it does for free in anki though im pretty sure, more work though.
