Honestly I'd be satisfied watching any vtuber who's moderately entertaining play this, although it's way too wordy for most of them. It would be really easy to stream though as there's not much gameplay and a lot to react to.

I'm already very happy that Fubuki played Hollow Knight and even Crypt of the Necrodancer recently. Great games.
I would love to see someone play Gothic for the WRPG experience, as well as Heroes of Might and Magic 3 for the ultimate turn based strategy experience. Grand strategies could be interesting as well. In fact I would love to see them play any strategy games in multiplayer with each other, could be really fun.
Divinity Original sin as a 2 or 4 person coop could be cool, too, but unfortunately these games are too long to really work.
