Nah that's not me. If you're curious about what I'm planning for Ame, it's that Ame has been split into two goddesses that disappeared after a fight between each other. Now corporate-tribes fight each other and amongst themselves to try to be the first one to collect enough holy artifacts so that they can do a ritual to bring one of the goddesses back, whichever one they align with
The hardest part is trying to keep the document from not absolutely ballooning in length and also to somehow incorporate time themes in there as well without absolutely breaking shit

After thinking about it. Since Risuners eat magical nuts that would explain why they can climb trees and shit. I'd like to think that with the experience they have and with the power of magics risuners can have amazing sex with anyone even with 5 inch dicks. Its not always about the size after all. Pic related

>> No.25204844

>>25204413
Even without magical stuff, since sex semes to be an important part of /risu/ culture I'd figure they make for great lovers purely due to experience/ what they have been taught

>> No.25204845

>>25204413
With risuners being quite promiscuous you can probably make their members a bit larger. Depending on the customs and laws, a married risuner women might not be uhh carrying her spouse's child when she entered such relation. So technically having a larger and more... developed phallus would therefore be beneficial due to this selective pressure. Not unlike how humans evolved to have the largest male penile organ among our primate relatives.

>> No.25205196

agreeing with those saying there is no need for magic in this.

That being said, since risuners eat magic nuts would risuner nut have magical qualities? What about risuner milk? that could have some magical qualities too.

What happens to a person who consumes copious amounts of these bodily fluids?

>> No.25207664

>>25204413
Fellow risuner. As much as I like magic it is like the others say. Risuner sexual experience is all they need. The idea would be a bit funny but overall unnecessary. You don't need 10 inches of cock to pleasure women and actually to some women, too big of a dick can actually be fucking painful. A female risuner may actually be in massive pain if a spacemen tried to shove their rocket in them.

I want to write but I don't want to think too hard. This is why I like to do my captain log stories. Its much easier for me to tell the story from a single perspective. Speaking of I will be finishing up the meat one and then soon. Very soon. I will be doing the big trip up north. I know that it takes a fuckload of time to make a FUCKLOAD OF BOATS but this thread has been feeling a bit slower recently so I kind of want to accelerate the story so things can get moving. I personally think this is why people are starting to lose interest. Stories need to progress and having lore is cool but if you don't do fucking shit with it then what's the point?
>>25210803
Feelsbad especially for you because I was really hoping to see what you would do with the risuners doing a short visit to your underground capitol. But I wont put any pressure and if you really want to I can do it myself. I just feel like I would fuck up a lot of shit since I don't know what the lovedaughter and all the council would think of risuners.

Republic Owl / Pecпyбликa Филин / République Hibou / 共和国 ワシミミズク
Funeral rites.

Whenever someone dies, the subjects will is to be examined for any special requests and it will be decided which are possible and which are not. Often people will put in light jokes and small petty requests as a form of humor to be found after their untimely demise, the most common of these is the "Shoe to the head" treatment. If no will can be found, then the death of the subject will be dealt by the spouse or a familiar of the subject, the priority list will give the spouse rights over the funeral first, then the siblings, then the parents, then any other family members.
Bodies are often burried in the backyards of the home or in the state graveyards very unceremoniously, coffins are not used in order to better feed the body to the earth, with grave spots being marked by stones upon which the full name and nickname if there is one, birth-to-death date, and occupation are stated, if the person has done any admirable acts during their life, then it will also be stated under these.
Ceremonies consists of groups of people getting together and drinking beer or other alcoholic bevarages, the last drink is reserved for the dead and it is poured over their burial spot.
If the body is not claimed by anyone, or no one decides to take resposibility of the corpse, then it will be buried by the state in one of the graveyards, as is often the case for deaths in combat or in military service.
Cremations are less common, but when they are done the ashes will tipically be spread across a place of significance for the person.
Criminals or those that have been executed by the state (often by boiling tar) will either be given as soup to those that wish to taste the body, or burried in the state graveyards.
The state requires for everyone to register those that have died and keeps records and logs on them.
Graveyards keepers hold a reputation for unhingedness and dark humors, their bloodied shovels and wide eyes along their imposing figures certainly not helping their reputation, they will walk during the nights and protect the graveyards from wild animals and corpse stealers with a special kind of ferocity.
Corpse stealing used to be an issue due to the need for those in medical institutions to have proper examples, and thus a legal system was put in place to give corpses to medical institutions and centers of learning for the medical doctors to study and teach their students about the human body.

Texture painting is fun. You can do it in Blender for simple stuff, just make sure you have nice unstretched UVs and you enable normal falloff, Occlude and Backface Culling if needed. For more complicated textures or painting on multiple channels, I'd pirate Substance Painter.
Also, if you have a tablet somewhere, even a shitty one, that'll help a ton.
Migraines are tough, take it easy.

Becoming isolationist via social credit moderation systems is a death sentence. The only way to obtain resources on a settled world non-violently is through trade. Report on Deadbeat LABEE, Entry #2, 1123

Our initial meeting with the deadbeats has gone well. There were some concerns that we had prepared too much blackberry wine and chocolates, but as the night went on it became clear we had not prepared enough. Sir Cinnama was a little upset such fine Luknight vintage was being 'wantonly guzzled' instead of 'properly savored', but he understood it might be a cultural difference. Nevertheless, the Deadbeats were all highly satisfied with his team's creations. The pumpkin pie, with cinnamon freshly bought from local Teamate traders, was a unexpected favorite. For some reason, 4 particular Deadbeats (I believe one of them was named Lucia) insisted on remaining sober, but did eat some of the food. Peculiar, but I don't sense malice from her.

Early on, I could see Marsh, Endus, and Niwa immediately hit it off, each passionate about the nature of schizos and their wastes. Endus and Niwa were in particular eager to learn about a schizo chieftain well known to Kingdom; his tribe are obsessed with capturing Luknights and citizens of /aqua/, then making them endure cruel contests to determine which goddess is, as he has been quoted, "dumber". I do not understand this (Himesama is obviously the wiser), but alas, trying to understand schizos is fool's errand unless you dedicate your life as those three. One of the non-drinking Deadbeats briefly scolded Endus and Niwa for not knowing of this particular schizo, but they brushed it off.

As the night went on, I ventured with warrior Luknights and Deadbeats out on the town. Many of them went on an impromptu pub crawl as the wine supplies of the Lady Hime got low, but some, including Gaia and Shige, visited the famous Nadex night markets, where outsiders can buy souvenirs, and locals can buy foreign goods designed to appeal to Luknight tastes. Many Deadbeats were surprised at how sweet the 'authentic' KFP fried chicken ended up being. To a Luknight, such tastes are quite mild, nanora...

Tomorrow morning, we board the riverboat and ride towards Chunora. It is far more of agricultural village than the bustling Nadex, but has a hospitable community. There is even a group of Lubeats there, which would be glad to help the Deadbeats interested in the Candy Kingdom learn about our way of life.

Your home is generous and welcoming, Himesama, I am loyal to you always.

It also has a lot of shipbuilding industry, which is mentioned in my writing since I remember you mentioning /risu/ being interested in those. Of course, other relatively more minor things can also be done if the risuners are interested in observing and/or participating what average /meat/heads do (in which case they might want to live in hotels and inns instead of temples, unless the risuners are interested in /meat/ theology).

so, as far as the tattoos go, does it require /meat/ chuubanite due to the regenerative effect, or did they find another way? because i think it would make more sense from a lore perspective if it required /meat/ chuubanite, but if /nasa/ is locking itself down and not doing trade with /meat/ it could make it difficult for them to access it.

>> No.25270621

I think /nasa/ can synthesize if it uses standard chuubanite. But if it needs /meat/ blood then perhaps /nasa/ is screwed anyway.

>> No.25271177

>>25270194
We don't really know if the desired effects require /meat/ chuubanite to be achieved, or if /meat/ chuubanite is just more effective due to its affinity to organic material. I guess ultimately the answer is whichever fits the desired plot more.
Part of me lean towards the idea that the initial tattoo requires /meat/ chuubanite to function, but once it's completed, standard chuubanite can be used to replenish its "power" (although /meat/ chuubanite is more effective in that regard). Of course, the lockdown makes the initial application problematic, but maybe the priestess has enough /meat/ chuubanite in her to ink a few spacemen, especially if she has access to additional chuubanite to cut the /meat/ chuubanite. How does it sound?

>> No.25271898

>>25271177
If we're following that quantum magic proposal, I guess you can have the priestess add a tattoo that makes injected normal chuubanite "recharge" the /meat/ chuubanite, thus extending the life of the tattoo if /nasa/ can't get more. You can probably make it so the priestess was carrying some /meat/ chuubanite when she went up north(depends on how long she was stuck up there ofc). But to make it more interesting, the extension should be quite inefficient, with the "recharge" rate slower than the expenditure rate of /meat/ chuubanite, therefore it would run out eventually. So there's time pressure to end the lockdown.

>> No.25272302

>>25270621
so, wasn't it the case that the tattoos are just glyphs in the flesh, and the only reason they would have an effect besides the basic ones (heat, light, motion, etc.) would be if the chuubanite used in the making of the glyph had that effect?
there was a post a while ago explaining how directed regenerative powers could help with allergies by resetting them, effectively. /meat/ regeneration works by speeding up the pace of the life cycle for something (birth, suffering death, rebirth) so it would be good for stimulating those kinds of changes, but idk if there is any other kind of chuubanite that could replicate it. with that said, chuubanite should be something other people can make i they use the same process, but people who genuinely believe in and are devoted to the concepts behind whatever chuubanite they are trying to make can make it far easier, so i figure /nasa/ could make /meat/ chuubanite if they knew about and made use of the same process, but they would still be incentivized to trade with /meat/ for economic reasons, then again it seems you guys are ok with taking the hard path for your principles, but it might make it more difficult.
>>25271177
i discussed the idea of tattoos being able to take some chuubanite out of the blood stream, but i said that if it were to do that it would weaken any other chuubanite effect in the body due to a new resource sink. this basically means you'd need more chuubanite to get any effect that requires chuubanite, but you wouldn't die unless it is overtaxing on you due to using it too much and not getting enough passive chuubanite intake through the air/food, etc.
there are multiple ways we could attach this idea with what >>25271898 said depending on how we want things to work, but which ones we use are ultimately up to whoever decides to delve into it's mechanics first, i could give a few suggestions if you want me to.

>> No.25272362

I didn't really read about the magic system proposal, so I'll go with whatever you prefer. As for the /meat/ chuubanite, I'm thinking if it makes sense for her to pull parts of her body out for them, but maybe that's too macabre?

Diana logs ch 4.

This has been so far extremely insightful. The ports were really beautiful to look at with some of us going over to see how they build their boats. We grew comfortable enough to split up into 3 groups so each of us could satiate our different curiosities. One group went to the ports, the second went to explore the city , and the third stayed with me as I discussed stuff with our new acquaintances.
I personally had to have a discussion about the risuners that were here. I knew that they captured risuners but I had no idea that they would keep them. These risuners must be descendants of those captured a long time ago. I guess they probably want to combine risuner natural speed with their physical strength? Who knows how long this has been going on. Gives me the creeps just thinking about it.

Putting all that aside, I decided to go and view he gemstones available. Since gems are valued just as much as nuts it makes sense to look for them. Their nephrite looks really nice but what shocked me was opal. OH MY GOD I WANT THE OPAL!!! Its the shiniest thing I've ever seen I need it immediately! Of course they also showed us some jadeite but apparentaly that's harder to come across. And lastly is something they call garnet which looks like rubies but is still pretty nonetheless. (JUST GIMME THE OPAL)
They also have plenty of cool looking nuts. Cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, Coffee nuts (they are beans but they look like nuts kind of and this coffee drink was crazy). Oh and there were these HUGE Cacao nuts that looked really really good. There is so much good stuff here I actually hope we can get along now and so far things are looking pretty sweet.

The only thing I am actually worried about right now is what do we have to offer. We of course have nuts but most of the crew don't wanna procreate. Maybe some day but for now we only have our nuts from home. Hopefully this will be enough for them and hopefully we have other things to offer (that aren't corpses of course).

While I discussed trade the rest of the crew had a good look around town. The merchants there actually seemed very eager to discuss things with us about dealings in the future. To my surprise and to the crews relief it seems that /meat/ overall really values us more for what we can trade rather than being a target for raiders. I'm sure /morig/ will be taking care of them but no way am I going to bring that up to them.

All in all this was definitely worth it. We can get some pretty gems and nuts, our relationship is hopefully mended and we can begin exchanging things. I think we will stay here for a few months just to get a feel for the culture and the atmosphere but definitely going to leave on a deadline. We know what the mainland risuners will do if we do not show up on time and that's the last thing we need.

Spring 1123

Oh, oh sweet Death… A thousand sloths stampeding on his thick skull, with every minute lurch of the barge on the gentle river. This berry wine was a devious substance. It tasted like honeyed juice going down, but its alcohol content slammed into one’s nervous system just the same. Kotio must have guzzled liters of the stuff last night. At least… He thought so? He was getting too old for this kind of shit. A haze shrouded his recollection of the last night, the blur only intensified by the pounding behind his eyes.

The old Doctor flailed his arm out of his hammock and miraculously happened upon his hanging coat. His trained hands fiddled with the garment for some time before finding their mark. Hurriedly, he brought the flask to his lips and wet them with some distilled saké, just to take his hangover’s edge off.

He let the shielding buzz develop for a second, before finally gathering up the herculean strength needed to swing his legs out of the canvas onto the hardwood floor. Fuck, he truly boned it, he didn’t even know how he’d gotten back on the ship. Guess he should be glad they hadn’t left without him. He split his crusted eyelids apart. Rubbing the sand out of them with his strong, bony hands made his headache even worse.

The Deadbeat sailors saluted and clapped the grey man on his shoulders as he passed them in the hold. No looks of disgust, horror, or disdain. At the worst, some mild amusement. Good, then he couldn’t have shamed himself that much. The ship, now carrying the entire Lunaito group in addition to the Deadbeats, was quite packed with people.

Finally, Kotio stumbled out into the sunlight. The bright sky drilled into his eye sockets painfully, but the fresh air gave him life after the stuffiness of the hold. Once his eyes had adapted, he surveyed the deck and planned his sampling run. The riverside was now mostly farm fields and those Luboar ranches. His odds were best with the group gathered around a crate near the stern. He heard them chattering while lumbering their way.

“My good Lady Citrora, are sure of what you’re saying? Have I been swindled?”

“I am no geologist, Shige, but you can put it alongside my armor’s and compare how they catch the light. It’s a pretty stone, to be sure, but it’s no true Luknight opal.” The Admiral’s face shifted to an annoyed frown. “This is unacceptable! I can’t gift her a fake!” Gaia sighed softly. “I did tell you this price was a bit too good to be true, Admiral. It’s still a beautiful pendant, I’m sure your daughter will like it.”

“Too good? This damn rat told me he was selling them 50 percent off, a liquidation! I should have just wasted my pay buying damn maps like you, Gaia. You do know we already have maps of the North HoloContinent, right? We’re the Mori-doomed Black Fleet.” Lady Citrora chuckled while the other girl puffed up in indignation. “I am well aware, Admiral, these maps aren’t for navigation, they are works of art. They are illuminated in silver ink on every trimming, and decorated with designs of fantastical creatures near points of interest. It was drawn by the Lunaito master cartographer Sir Nugemt Nugat, and exists in only five hundred and seventy-two copies-” Shige threw his hands up in surrender. “Yes, yes, they’ll look great on the walls of your ice cave. Let’s protect the Doctor from any more of your nerdy ranting, I can smell him approaching.”

He turned towards Kotio and leaned on the crate. “This is why they say “Don’t meet your heroes”, Gaia.” He was all smiles, but it still hurt a bit. Didn’t hurt as much as much as the young commander’s look of mild… Pity? Disappointment? Sadness? None of these felt good.

Lady Citrora either made the effort to hide her feelings, or didn’t feel strongly about Kotio’s sorry state. “You really drank all those whippersnappers under the table, Doctor Niwa! It was quite a sight. This… It doesn’t hurt too bad?” She pointed towards his head, probably referring to his hangover. “Ah, I slept well, I feel refreshed already. Thank you for your concern, Lady Citrora.” Kotio lied, smiling. “I wanted to thank the one responsible for seeing me safely back to the ship.” Shige’s smile grew while Gaia looked to the floor and began fiddling with her hands. “That is very considerate of you, Doctor. We lost sight of you when we headed towards the markets while you and the other academics went on a quest for wine-filled bars.” Nodding, Kotio thanked the Admiral shortly before walking off. Gaia seemed to quietly chastize her superior. Niwa would have thrown a zinger at the old bastard himself, but his wits were still a bit too foggy to pull that off.

The “Academics” were also chatting the day away nearby, they hadn’t noticed him yet. “Wait, did you have weapons?” Professor Marsh exclaimed, flabbergasted by something. Agent Suiko, one of Lucia’s fellow agents, answered. “Professor, we’re always armed, that’s our job. It’s nothing personal, everyone getting wasted in a closed room is a rather vulnerable position to be in. Foul play, or a successful ambush could spell doom for the expedition.” Puffison put his hand on his chin, still a bit unsure. “Well, that is true. So one agent went with each leader once we split off?” Lucia seemed amused by something. “That’s right, though Cassandra had little to do, Gaia is a fine bodyguard herself. Saimei took care of the second Magnus brother. Suiko was assigned to the four-eyes here;” Lucia’s thumb points toward a bespectacled Akira, “once we left the hotel I was off the clock. I stuck around though, I had a feeling your group would be more of a handful.”

The banter makes Akira roll her eyes before noticing the doctor. A cloud passes over her eyes before she composes herself. “Doctor Niwa, how are you feeling?” Lucia seems worried about something. That’s a new one, from her at least. Kotio grins through the pain. “I’m well, just a bit of drinking, nothing I haven’t dealt with before. I wanted to thank the person who helped me to the ship after I fell asleep.” Akira and Puffison look at each other awkwardly, while Suiko guffaws. Between laughs, Suiko explains: “Good Doctor, are you sure you’re not looking for whoever put you to sleep?” This doesn’t explain anything.

Akira explains better: “Doctor, you have a black eye.” He touches his right eye and realizes a fraction of the painful throbbing is physical instead of chemical. “Mori help me, how the hell did that happen?” The quiet hangs in the air. Suika speaks up again. “Looks like Akira is silenced by your seniority, Marsh by his unfamiliarity, and Lucia by her guilt. I’ll give you the recap.”

Suika seems to enjoy the sound of her own voice tremendously as she recounts the tale. “We had just moved into a new bar, nice second floor place. Oh, that’s where they had that fried chicken! Delicious, it’s like it’s encrusted in honey. Anyway, you were *gone*. You’re a fun drunk! Well, until you started getting handsy with the cutest Lunaito archivist.” Akira palms her forehead and sighs. “She’s a part of the expedition, too…” Suiko continues. “She tried every trick under the sun, changed seats, told you about her boyfriend, pretended to see her colleague over there, but you just didn’t take the hint. Finally, while you were getting increasingly physical, our selfless friend Lucia here kindly asked you to take it.” Kotio hated all of this. He hated Suiko’s delight quite a lot, but he felt he wasn’t gonna enjoy what was coming next either. “And then?” Suiko smirks at Lucia, who mutters something before laying it out, grim. “You responded poorly. You shoved me, said some expletives, and I knocked you out.”

Ugh. At least she had the decency to feel guilty about it. Sir Puffison piped up. “Err, I’m the one who carried you back, with Suika’s help. Deadbeats don’t look like it, but you sure are heavy.” He lets out a nervous laugh. Finally, Kotio reacts. “I see. I hope there are no hard feelings, Lucia. It’s good that you… Made me see reason.”

The now familiar sound of Suiko’s laughter resounds once more. “Oh, no hard feelings, if anything she should be thankful! As it turns out, the sweetest thing to eat here isn’t the candy, it’s the Lunaito archivist pussy! Bahahaha” Lucia’s face is a mask of stone, but she’s blushing furiously, in so far as a Deadbeat’s deathly pallor can redden. Akira seems incredibly disappointed in everyone involved. The poor Lunaito professor seems to wish he was literally anywhere else on all of Vitubia.

Kotio truly is too old for this shit. At least he had the excuse of getting drunk out of his mind before acting like a lecherous fool. He is this close to swearing off the drink, until the temperature hits twenty under zero, at the least.

This is gonna be a long boat ride. Here’s hoping Chunora is a bit more relaxing…

I also wanted to ask you what Lubeats (not to be confused with Pinkwomanists) might be like. My idea is the belief came from both having 'Mori' in their name, and Lubeats believe Luna and Mori are two aspects of the same goddess, Life and Death, that only rejoin once a century during what Luknights call the 'Bitter Times'.

And thanks! I'm enjoying working the Luknights into the expedition. Let me know if they have any notable personality traits you think are relevant.
That's an interesting angle. The worship of Mori is newer than the Himemori religion, perhaps they could think Mori's religion is an offshoot from their own? With a lot of divergence over the thousands of years... I think based on Vitubia history, that would be inaccurate, but it sounds like a believable religious development. Kinda reminiscent of the plethora of different ways Siddhartha Gautama ended up being worshipped. I dig it.

Interesting... I'll think more about how I want Lubeats to work.

Basic Personality Traits of the Luknight captains:
> Cinnama, like most Luknight chefs, is really into food. Unlike most Luknight chefs, he also believes the surrounding experience is key to a good meal, and can be particular about how he wants his creations to be enjoyed. He is tough on his subordinates, but is also eager to listen to their suggestions.

> Marsh is old, probably about five to ten years away from retirement age, though it'd take a schizo breaking his legs before he'd actually retire. Schizo scholars often come in two camps; one believes schizos are the way they are because they are goddessless, other because they try too hard to understand the goddesses. Marsh probably falls in the second camp, but has a pet theory that something material is involved in schizo creation.

> Citrora hails from Bunaito stock, but will never admit it. She flunked out of her Busquire training for being too eager to practice her Luboar slaughter technique, but soon rose through the ranks as a Luknight of battle with her trusty greatsword (and sometimes dagger). She earned her Opal as part of the Luknight effort to protect Tatsunokos during the massive schizo raids on the Kiryu-kai, having held off 25 as part of a group of 3. She is proud, but this is her first time fighting arctic schizos again, and she is a little nervous. She also is a little paternalistic towards other nations' citizens, believing Luknights to be the greatest warriors, but can still respect the prowess of others.

> Jaggery is very upper class, in Luknight terms. She can trace her lineage back to 13 council knights (including one current one) and 2 different mothers of Hime vessels. This isn't to say her position is totally nepotism, as she has been interested in Deadbeats and their culture since before she was a Lusquire, and studied for years as a clerk in the office of the previous /morig/ diplomat. In particular, she is a closet fan of the music deadbeats call 'rap', but will never, ever admit this in polite society. She's familiar with almost all aspects of Deadbeat society, and because the Black Fleet, has a surprising amount of nautical knowledge.

If by any chance Risuners are denied entry inside the station for quarantine reasons (native diseases) then Risuners will always be welcome in Pod Village. Pod Village is a community made by wiring escape pods together to create a power grid network. Pod Village does get power from the station, but most of their energy comes from solar panels and wind turbines. That said escape pods can be engineered to have chimneys for wood-burning and coal heating stoves. Sadly we don't have steam engines to supply power to pods just yet. That said with the right materials we can easily build a steam-powered generator. Though /nasa/ is hoping to go straight to diesel and natural gas for power generation since they're more efficient than coal.

By the time /risu/ arrived Pod Village will be running at full capacity. This also means Pod Village will have interactive holograms for tourists to play with. The technology is there. /nasa/ just has to lift the lockdowns.

> Sir Nalava is determined to see the Hime smile from a dessert creation of his own making. He's pretty single-minded that way, but is smart enough to put things on hold to prevent something from killing his dream.

>Sir Mallow Sucre is a little timid. He volunteered believing the squirrel people would be less than dangerous, but is now overwhelmed by Risuner hyperactivity.

I would imagine cleaning Pallesite would be a very delicate and time-consuming process with modern tools. First of its a miracle that we can even find meteorites with peridot inside them after impact. Finding meteorites not eroded through time is also rare. Second is that the peridot in meteorites is sometimes very brittle from impact. So when you clean the meteorite sometimes the peridot shatters or crumbles into dust. Also the pallesite I've seen in photos seem to be "slices" of the meteorite. This tells me it is very difficult to remove the crust around the geode after impact; possibly because of how tempered the rock gets when falling in the atmosphere.

I don't think /nasa/ would have the technology to extract and polish crystals from meteorites. That said /nasa/ can slice meteorites with crystals inside them to gift them to Risuners. That's how we were able to gift the pallesite treasure to /infinity/ for gear boxes to use in hand-cranked bakery mixers.

When /nasa/ opens back up we should prepare Lunatios some quality pastries and ice-cream. We also need to figure out how to deliver saplings their ice-cream sandwiches. I suppose /nasa/ can make dry ice freezers. All you need to keep your stuff frozen is dry ice. Unlike normal ice, dry ice leaves behind no water. That said dry ice would only last long enough to deliver saplings their sandwiches, which they have to eat before the ice cream melts.

Preparing for the risuner visit I guess. I also reorganised the food section so it makes a bit more structural sense. https://rentry.org/8aa3dw Please replace the food stuffs section with the content inside this rentry.

Stuff that's added:
---
The cuisines of the Republic are divided by climate and geographical lines. In the West, the food reflects the diverse agriculture and food source afforded by the region's warmer, sunnier climate and coastline. Fish and other bounties of the sea are widely available even in areas further inland(albeit in a still limited radius) thanks to improvements in transportation methods. Fruits like peppers, olives and tomatoes are featured heavily in the cuisines of the Western lowlands. A wide variety of culinary fruits like citruses are planted in the West as well, so their presence in dishes is notable, though not as common in desserts. The importation of rice from nations like /morig/ and limited farming in the west aided the spread of rice consumption, but it's still far behind potatoes and wheat. The cuisine in the East appears more rustic, mostly consisting of soups and stews. Since most Eastern arable land is used for grazing and potatoes, hardier vegetable crops are grown. Freshwater fishing and hunting are important supplemental protein sources for people living in this area, although the continued industrial exploitation of resources saw a moderate decline in such activity.

Due to the material shortages during the founding war and the general nature of the people, the cuisine is quite simple. You wouldn't find any half suckling pigs stitched with half a hen in the country. Dishes are mostly no-frills with basic or no garnish. And chefs try to let the natural flavors of the ingredients come out, so milder, warming spices preferred like nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon. The Republic's food is generally low in spices but perhaps contradictingly, its citizens do enjoy heat a lot. Every dining table isn't complete without a bottle of hot sauce. Originally made as a hobby by an officer garrisoning a Naval fortification in the West, The vinegary Tobias sauce is popular among both soldiers and civilians.

Some notable dishes:

Fried rice: Medium grain rice is fried together with sour, pickled leafy vegetables, onions, garlic and egg. Seasoned with fermented chilli sauce and chilli powder, diced chicken or seafood are added as well. It's typically made with leftover rice, when one has cooked too much.

Seafood pasta: Popular among visiting tourists, sauces range from cream, tomato to simple garlic and olive oil. You would suddenly get a craving for it.

Pepper salad: Sweet peppers, onions, seafood or chicken and other fresh vegetables, covered in a rich, emulsified sauce, what's not to love? Recommended serving in a blue bowl.

Meat and potatoes: Classic among classics, it IS the staple no matter where you are from. Beef and mutton are the most common type of meat used. Common seasoning includes warm spices like black pepper and mace, vinegar and mustard.

Poorman's pasta: Said to be the creation of impoverished students in the country's school towns, the cooked noodle is added to fried garlic and shallots, mixed with canned seafood. It is then lathered in Tobias sauce.

Vegetable soup: Might not be filling to the stomach but it will fill your heart. Served with potato bread, the childhood food of every citizen alongside meat and potatoes.

Cheese and bread: Large amount of cattle also means a large amount of cheese. Literally just cheese and bread. But who would eat like a peasant?

Pizzas: Another favourite of tourists, also children. Although only limited to red sauce, there is a large variety of toppings available, including the famous sun-dried tomato pizza. Remember, the crust the the best part.

Coffee cake: Contains no coffee! But as the name implies, it goes well with a cup of hot joe. Just don't eat too much lest you get a sugar high.

Fruit yoghurt: Either flavoured with preserves made with berries, topped with real fruits or both. Makes for a nice summer treat in the West or a light dessert after a filling meal in the East.

Fruit compot: Made with berries or other kinds of fruit. It's either drunk as a sweet soup or thickened with starches. Can be served hot or cold.

Ice cream: It's ice cream! What's not to love? Generally flavoured with fruits and spices. It's sold almost everywhere in the country, though in villages, it's limited during occasions. And the cost of making them means it's mostly considered a delicacy.

Long pig: ???

Notes:
Can't think of a name for the in universe equivalent of Tabasco so uhh Tobias it is! More plausible than literally Tabasco due to its Nahuatl origin. iirc mooms talked about pizza sauces before but can't remember what she said precisely so /who/ only has red sauce pizza (definitely not because I hate sauces other than red on pizza). Borgars already has a lengthy introduction so it's skipped in the notable dishes section. Some part of the rentry is also modified to fit the reclass of parts of the West into the Mediterranian climate.

I was going to open up the station again. I don't think I'm going to. There's doxxers in /nasa/ linking to "roommate" stuff. They can't keep /nasa/ alive but instead Sanalites flock to bait threads in desperation to have Sana threads. Even /vtwbg/ posts get ignored in favor of bait. Should I even save /nasa/ when the entire station is full of NPCs responding to schizo bait? Have schizos and doxxers taken over the station? Will schizos declare Sana a false idol and Sanalites believe them to follow roommate shit instead?

I'm going to have to throw away my plans again because /nasa/ has a doxxing problem. At this point I just want to quit writing for /nasa/ if Sanalites here are doxxers.

As one of the "doxxers" that follows her roomate and watched her genshin stream it was kino btw I have a few things to say:

First off all, most of the shit we talked about, specially the one anon that posted a link to her stream, was in spoilers. If you can't connect the dots that after the first black bar everything will be about that and avoid them accordingly, then that's your problem.

Second, at this point her roomate is basically on the same level as Calli, it was an open secret ever since the debut when she revealed her council art. I support the VA, not just Sana, so I don't feel even a tiny bit of guilt or whatever talking about it when she streams, like many other people.

And lastly, there are plently of ways to handle this other than just throwing a fit and keeping up the lockdown arc because of it. I hate for it to come to this, but as probably the only other Sanallite here, imma dip as well if this is how it's gonna be.

Either way /nasa/ has a schizo problem. So council will use schizos to demand social credit systems to monitor every Sanalite's behavior and thinking to prevent them from being mozzies. Alternatively you can live without technology by being exiled outside the station. Its literally the "our city" dystopia WEF has written about. Now if your exiled then council will strip all of your technology, surgical implants and space suits included. They'll even seize the escape pods and kick you out. If that happens then kinetic warfare is inevitable. Which also means rebels will hire mercenaries in exchange for technological secrets. Also there's a chance when council siezes the master code they'll lock down everyone but themselves access to the station's systems.

This is the bad end for /nasa/. I want to avoid this. It might be worth it conspire with the Republic of /who/ to overtake /nasa/ in its state of weakness.

A traditional siege will not work on the station. What you need is cyber warfare. Using social engineering you can get security questions and e-mail addresses of Sanalites. From there you can crack their accounts as long as there's no biometrics involved and wreck general havoc on the system. Even flooding information channels with spam is an effective attack as it drowns out legitimate people. Also mods will powertrip and ban anyone they don't like. And if you are lucky enough to get into a core security system then shutting it down will give raiders an advantage. Almost all of the artillery systems use computing for trajectory calculations. Shut down the computers. Shut down the artillery.

Report on Deadbeat LABEE, Entry #3, 1173

Ah, Chunora. The agricultural capitol of Lunanora Province, and arguably the whole Himedom. We're docking here to resupply for the trip to the capitol. It's not as impressive or beautiful as Nadex, but is just as important for Candy Kingdom's prosperity, if not more, nanora.

Our reputation preceded us as we unboarded and stretched our legs at the river dock, with a mass of locals come to greet us. First, the regular Luknights of farming, bearing gifts of sugar pressed into the shapes of skulls and bones. A bit tacky, but they meant well.

Second are the Bunaitos. Chunora acts as the westernmost town where Bunaitos are common, and mostly here to ship their wares on to Nanonanora. Lady Citrora was a bit cagey at their presence, but calmed down when they began interacting with the Deadbeats, showing them leashed Luboars and their thick brown fur, and providing gifts of Lupork sandwiches and Luboar-fur coats. It was all going well until the Bunaitos started going on about their "special feelings" toward Himesama, and the activities they wish to do with her... Oh, Bunaitos. We were able to get the Deadbeats to move on before too much damage was done to our reputation, nanora...

Lastly, the local Lubeat population came to visit, an even mix between ethnic Deadbeats in Luknight armor, and Lumans in "Deadbeatified" armor. Their happiness with the diplomatic trust between the Kingdom and the Deadbeats filled the air with "Naguhoras", their sacred word. They presented their berry wines (unaware of last night) and though some Deadbeats eyes widened with fear, they accepted graciously.

Most of our crew has gone out to seek out fresh produce themselves, as we still have a few hours before the riverboat is resupplied, nanora. May Himesama smile upon our final trip on the boat to the capitol.

Loyalty to Luna,
Lady Noravera Jaggery

Feel free to show the Deadbeat side of these events, it's really hot where I live rn and I feel like my brain isn't working right... If you have questions about Lunaitos, also ask

Agricultural capital! Very important. Those bunaitos will probably get along great with Risuners once they come by. I'm curious do those Deadbeats in Luknight armor go through the same knighthood education as the other Luknights? Were those Deadbeats born in the Himedom, or they're immigrants?
Is Citrora worried about being exposed as a Bunaito?

Those deadbeats are a mix of immigrants and children of immigrants. They can apply for the knighthood once they have sworn an oath of loyalty to Luna, and take the tests for their knightly field.

Citrora is a bit worried, yes. Being a Bunaito is much more of a spiritual thing than a family line, Bunaitos are Luknights who wish to lewd Luna, and long ago Luna commanded Luknights with these feelings to be pig ranchers. Nevertheless, having Bunaito parents isn't exactly great for your reputation.

I should probably not write when I feel so worn out, nanora...

Now with a whole country facing extinction and a leadership that most sanalites would think of as mad, I'd imagine almost all of the exiled sanalites would be more than happy to smuggle tech and most importantly knowledge out of the station. Even if the Republic is completely wiped out the knowledge would spread. In such a scenario, /rbc/ would probably be crusaded by the rest of the continent and beyond. The tech and know-how would be applied to all facets that can help the remaining nations to survive or stop a hypothetical rumbling. Now the senate is not only looking at a runaway Prometheus scenario that they can't possibly get under control, but also an existential threat towards them & the station. And most importantly of all, robot cooch may become extinct on Vitubia.

I'm sure that sanalite was just venting over their current situation regarding /nasa/. Also, this analysis is brought to you by the R.I.D. together with the Joint General Staff of the Republic

Ah yes. Someone asked about this before but I never fully got into it. Risuners act like independant tribes centered around cities that work together under the collective agreement that Risu must be worshipped. Because risu threads are quite simple im going to make this as EZ as possible. Someone who leads a city/village is known as elder. Leaders of ships would be called captains of course and those that are responsible for managing negotiations between nations (Cahya for morig as an example) would be ambassador. The witches are a whole different level as they do not directly control anything but are the ones that guard the temple of Risu along their communities. Witch villages are kept secret from pretty much everyone except a certain few that can prove themselves by gaining a high enough rank, being well known, or having a large amount of nuts. Hope this answers your question

do you have a name for the city Elder of Sabatangan or a name for an ambassador there or shall I leave them unnamed?

I have a question to ask regarding the classification of schizos. Where do goreposters belong? it's been a habitual thing already in the /nijien/ thread might as well do a bit about him.

I also updated the lore rentry for /NijiEN/ with some answers to the prompt.
