On the karaoke offcollab it felt like Kanata was a bit too hesitant to partake at times. It was cute how they were all unsure who should be singing each part but I thought that aside from that Marine was giving Kanata lots of hints that she wants to hear her sing more. I can understand that Kanata wanted to give her guests the spotlight and they were all tired from the studio but still, it felt a bit awkward to me. Though her Enka did benefit from Kanata being a bit distant from the mic, she could sing it full volume. That was probably her best take as of yet, I need an actual cover of it.

I don't disagree, but that's just how Kanata's always been. That KanaMariAquaSui collab was the same, with Kanata even going as far as trying to take her picture out of the screen to make room for the playlist at one point, only to be forcefully stopped by Suisei. She has a serious tendency of self-deprecation that can sometimes even border self-hatred. It almost made her quit holo at one point because according to her she thought there was no point to her presence there. She's gotten much, MUCH better if you compare her early days to now, but this kind of personality trait doesn't just go away overnight. She still tends to revert to the idea that it's better if other members stand out rather than her, specially if it's someone like Ayame, whom she was a fan of since before she joined holo. I remember those moments but since Kanata is really polite and great with praise I don't want to give those remarks that kind of context. That part is really the worst unless the poster specifically remembers which stream or wrote it down for some reason. Kanata brings up random topics during basically any stream. Even finding something seemingly simple like the fibe mini puhaas would be hard for me unless someone timestamped it, despite me remembering that those happened during streams when I was watching live while working, which means late night JST streams (that helpfully narrows it down to only like 50%+ of her streams).

I think the puhaas specifically were timestamped though, because it was cute.
