She's very talented. Sings good, streams good, draws good, has an edgy personality not found in many vtubers, has retard moe appeal. Her only 2 downsides are that she doesn't speaks a single word of JP because >american education and that she's a college student with not much time for streaming. The easy answer is "they're friends", and that plays more into it than people think. But from a more technical/business standpoint:

She is a completely unselfish collaborator. She doesn't even stream her own perspective 80% of the time.
She's quirky enough to be entertaining, has a decent number of easy go-to lore bits to fall back on if you can't come up with anything to talk about, but isn't oppressive about it and doesn't force insert herself. You won't forget she's there, but she won't hog the spotlight.
She's the type of girl that can get along with literally anyone. She's everybody's 2nd best friend, and nobody's enemy. She worries too much about the later part, but it comes off as endearing instead of pathological.

Honestly, I never really got the hype over her. When she's on her own she's a bit uninteresting. The secretly evil angle is interesting but not enough to keep me engaged.
However, as a collab partner I've always enjoyed her. She makes good conversation without being too passive or dominating. I was upset when she kind of ruined the Holotori trio but now I think she's a good fit. I still won't watch her streams but I'll watch whenever she's with someone else.
