I actually gave Hololive more thought especially since we started getting shill and bait threads for vshojo at the same time everyday.
The girls are on short contracts, so there is no reason all of them would stick around if it is bad. The only retirements have been holostars and from incidents on new members. Even Mel stayed.

While i agree that calling her ASMR skills dogshit is out of the question, her recent ASMR streams has been of lower quality compared to the ones she used to do months ago. Noel has surpassed her at this point. I also personally think that ASMR one-trick ponies aren't sustainable in the long run since you can't repeat the same whispering/earcleaning routine too often
